The hostettler group thanks you for your interest in collaborating with the company. Available funds for sponsorships are limited. For this reason, the hostettler group selects its commitments very carefully. The sponsoring manager at the hostettler group will consider the following questions:
Does the sponsored partner – and their environment and values – fit our brands, products, and target audiences? What is the ratio of service to service in return? Does the sponsorship reflect the key concerns and interests of our customers?
Please keep the following in mind:
- Requests for supporting events must be received by hostettler at least six weeks before the event date or deadline. Applications that do not meet basic criteria (complete information of the sender or applicant, date of the event, specific requests, budget, etc.) will not be reviewed.
- The following are not sponsored: parties and political requests; cultural and social institutions; religious communities; religious events; lotteries, raffles, fairs, and similar activities; general contributions as a patron; printed products, such as association bodies, books, CDs, DVDs; recreational tournaments; infrastructure projects; internal events, such as general meetings or delegate conferences, school fairs, graduation ceremonies, etc.
