The merger will standardise processes and strengthen synergies within the group. The aim is to provide business partners with simpler support and further expand the brand portfolio. Since the beginning of the year, the majority of motoactive and Parts World employees have been working at hostettler ag ‘s headquarters in Sursee.
Both companies have been part of the hostettler group since 2019. Integration into the Motochic division will centralise administrative and operational processes. This will result in simpler structures for trading partners, with pre-orders being processed on a single joint date when Hostettler will present its expanded range of brands and products.
The previous contacts in the office and field sales teams will largely remain the same. By combining its brand expertise and centralising processes, the hostettler group aims to increase efficiency and strengthen its position in the two-wheeled trade market.
