The management of the hostettler group has been strengthened: Tom Petertil took over the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) effective 1 December 2019 with the aim of supporting co-owner Peter Hostettler.
Tom Petertil (49) has been an active player in the automobile and motorcycle industry for over 30 years. As of 1 December, he will be contributing his know-how to the hostettler group as its COO. Tom Petertil has interdepartmental responsibility for the development and transformation of the hostettler group’s business units and corporate processes. He reports directly to co-owner Peter Hostettler, who proudly states his opinion about this appointment: «We are very pleased to welcome Tom Petertil to the hostettler group. He is a recognised expert who can draw on vast know-how of the automobile and motorcycle industry, combined with experience of the wholesale and retail sales business.» In his capacity as COO, Tom Petertil is a member of the Management Board of the hostettler group.
